To Print Form

Ensure printer is switched on - position cursor in the box containing the form - right click on your mouse - in the drop down menu select "print picture" & left click on your mouse - select printer settings you require & press print. To exit the page press "Home Page" at the bottom of the page - this will return you to Web Site Home Page.
